Ticket Sales & Utah FSC Gives Back:

Ticket sales will happen exclusively online. In lieu of paper tickets, we will be selling access to the Zoom password for $5 per family. All proceeds made from digital admission will be donated to the University of Utah Hospital to help support healthcare workers and those suffering from the effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic. As a club we want to encourage our skaters to find ways to give back to their community during this unprecedented time, and all participating skaters are encouraged to help sell tickets to support this effort. Even a small contribution can make a big impact for those who have been affected by this virus.

Meeting password access codes can be purchased through our website, a link for digital ticket sales will be posted this week.

Performances:

Skaters have the choice of either performing a live off-ice choreography piece or sharing a video of themselves skating their program from this past season. For basic skills performances, the music time limit is 1:00. For Prepeliminary skaters and above, the music limit is 1:40. Music files must be emailed to stephanie.e.knighton@gmail.com no later than Friday, May 15, 2020.

Video files for those who wish to share past skating performances must be emailed to stephanie.e.knighton@gmail.com no later than Friday, May 15, 2020. Please note that we can’t use google or iCloud videos, we need to have the full video file attached to the email.

Costumes:

Skaters are encouraged to wear skating costumes and MUST wear either tennis shoes or dance

shoes for their off-ice performances to protect their feet and ankles. Show makeup and hair is also highly encouraged. The theme for this show is open so we will not need to coordinate costumes. Coaches will approve student costumes to make sure they are appropriate for the show.

Schedule and digital program:

A performance schedule will be released on Monday, May 18, 2020 via email. This will include the time of your Zoom performance and a PDF program for the show. Skaters and their families are encouraged to watch the whole show and cheer for their fellow skaters as they await their performance time.
